Rescue Ranch Animal Sanctuary’s budget and costs generally break down as depicted in the pie chart below. We try to maximize our resources toward animal care. In order to accomplish this we work very hard to source goods and services through donations and volunteers, thereby allowing greater funding to be devoted to animal care. Animal intake, care, and medical needs are our highest expense and we often spend hundreds on each dog and thousands on each horse.
Our Acquisition and Development areas of focus are generally planned, budgeted, and fundraised for specifically as part of dedicated capital campaigns.
